How do we collect your data?

Minecraft

All data on our Minecraft server is stored in relation to the UUID of your Minecraft account. Every action on our Minecraft server can be collected and stored. Furthermore, we store technical data like the game version and ip adress. Some additional data like linking an account with discord can be added, managed and removed by the user.

Discord

On our discord messages and other data is collected and stored.

How do we use your data?

Your data is stored to ensure functionality of the Minecraft and Discord servers and to properly handle rule violations. Some in-game data such as ranks and statistics are publicly visible but can be hidden on the Minecraft server using the command /privacy.

Storage Duration

All data is stored permanently in order to maintain server operations, enforce rules and ensure the safety of the community.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Data is not shared with unrelated third parties. The hosting provider only receives data as far as necessary for service provision.
When using the Discord server, the Discord Privacy Policy applies.

User Rights

• Your data can be provided upon request.
• Your data can be deleted upon request, but in that case playing on the Minecraft server is no longer possible.
