General Requirements
- Minimum age of 13 years

- Good german language skills
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- A strong passion for Minecraft
▶Developer
As a developer you are responsible for implementing new gamemodes and concepts, as well as improving existing systems.
Additional Requirements- Excellent knowledge of Java & OOP
- Experience with PaperMC and Velocity
- Knowledge of MariaDB
- Confident in asynchronous programming
- At least 3 meaningful projects as references
- Experience with cross server systems
▶Build Team
As a member of the build team, you are responsible for creating all kinds of maps.
Additional Requirements- Creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with WorldEdit
- Specialised in at least one building style
- Experience with terraforming and/or world building
- Experience with other building plugins
- Ability to adapt to different build styles
▶Game Designer
As a game designer, you create new game ideas and concepts, and adapt existing content to the wishes of the community.
Additional Requirements- Creativity and imagination
- Feeling for balancing and player experience
▶Designer
As a designer you create textures, models and resource packs for Minecraft. Additionally, you may also work on graphic or image editing projects.
Additional Requirements- Experience with Blockbench
- Knowledge of Minecraft ressource packs and their features
- Experience with programs like Photoshop or Affinity
▶Media
As a member of the media team, you produce videos for WishMC and help promote our community.
Additional Requirements- A presentable social media channel or reference projects
- Experience with editing software (e.g. DaVinci Resolve)
- Understanding of current social media trends
▶Translator
As a translator, you are responsible for the internationalisation of our systems.
Additional Requirements- Excellent knowledge of English and at least one additional language
- Cultural awareness when adapting idioms
- Strong sense of language and precise expression
